NEW DATE ANNOUNCED for Finding Your Inner Rhythm Workshop at CDC

The Continental Dance Club is delighted to host:

Finding Your Inner Rhythm: A Mini Retreat and Workshop for Women

Sunday, October 2nd, 2016, 1-4 pm.

Come and be nourished, explore your creativity and learn tools to optimize your health and wellbeing within a welcoming and encouraging circle of women. Enjoy stimulating discussion and exercises designed to help you reconnect to yourself, unplug and recharge. To support this exploration, we will work with gentle to moderate free-form dance (no prior dance experience required; suitable for all levels). We will also work with the breath, meditation and creative visualization to reconnect with our deepest nature, align ourselves more to our own natural rhythm and the rhythm of the season. It’s all about creating sustainability from the inside out!

What to wear: Casual, comfortable clothing you can move in (e.g. yoga or sweatpants and top, basic dancewear etc.). We will be dancing in our bare feet (if for any reason this isn’t possible for you, please bring suitable footwear).

What to bring: Pen and paper/notebook/journal. Water and a light snack. All other materials will be supplied.

Facilitated by Keren Brown, Founder, GoGreenInside

Cost is $65 with advance online registration only; Early bird $55 by September 15th.

Register by Sunday, September 25th to secure your spot.
