Here is some important information for your consideration:
REHEARSALS
If you plan on presenting student routines with liftwork content, FOR THE CONVENIENCE of ALL dancers, there will be an CLOSED REHEARSAL TIME for any performers from 6-7:30 PM on the day of the event! BRING YOUR MUSIC, NOTES for TECH + EXTRA BACKUP COPIES!
SPECIAL REQUESTS, MUSIC
IMPORTANT: ALL special lighting or sound requests and ALL PERFORMERS are requested to email their MUSIC to [email protected] with name of pro-am team, title of show, name of track, artist information, etc.

Beyond admission, there is NO EXTRA FEE TO DANCE!
LIMIT: each presentation may not exceed 4 minute showdance, including walk on and dance off. Kindly ensure music on portable disc MP4 format! Included with admission: One dance per pro-am team.

Changing facilities
Kindly note that there is limited space for changing. The Continental Dance Club does have a handicapped bathroom and separate mensroom and ladiesroom facilities with stalls. There are mirrors provided. IMPORTANT: Please do not use the cloak room to change!
Photography and videography available for purchase
ALL PERFORMERS may purchase red carpet or event photography and/or videography from any of the TEAM PARTNERS of The Continental Dance Club directly post-event. INCLUDING> www.richardfox.ca, www.cmwjp.com and https://www.archangeldesign.ca
USE OF FOOTAGE
ALL PERFORMERS agree The Continental Dance Club may use all or part of footage captured for promotion of future events at The Continental Dance Club.
